We have identified an issue with our CentralFlex portal that is causing the user interface to become unresponsive. Please note that APIs and SIM connectivity remain fully operational and unaffected. We are actively working on a resolution and will restore full functionality as soon as possible.

IMSI 1 - Service Degradation: MTN South Africa

IMSI 1
We are observing improvements in connectivity for devices roaming on MTN South Africa. Network registration, Data, and SMS services are now recovering.
We are continuing to monitor the network closely to verify full stability.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting connectivity for devices attempting to connect to the MTN network while in South Africa.
Impacted devices may fail to register on the network or experience instability with Data and SMS services. At this time, this issue appears to be isolated to the MTN network; other mobile networks in South Africa are operating normally.
We are working with our upstream provider to resolve this and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
